Priya’s teaching methods were simple and effective in helping me with GCSE mathematics. Her tutoring had greatly increased my confidence and improved my grade significantly as I had been struggling with maths. She gave a reasonable amount of homework, which was beneficial as you get more practice done, making you more prepared for the upcoming exam. All concepts were explained in detail with quick and easy methods. She would also go over it again if you told her you didn’t understand something. However, you also had to put in work outside of tuition hours to stay consistent. Priya’s work also greatly focused on harder level questions e.g: grade 8/9 questions. This was essential as they were the ones with the most marks, useful in order to achieve top grades. The questions practiced/gone through in class were really similar to some actual GCSE style questions in the real exam. I was able to solve multi step/worded problems with more ease at school. A test is also conducted after learning a couple of topics helping consolidate information learnt. The tests usually contain a mixture of simple and complex questions sure to really challenge you. Overall, I am very satisfied with her level and quality of teaching and would therefore highly recommend her.

I found Priya's tuition very helpful in boosting my grades at school, as we covered most of the topics faster and more efficiently than we would have done in school. I first referred my daugher to Priya for help with 11+ tuition. To say my daughter was "scared" of maths is an understatement but Priya was absolutely briliant with her. She is patient with kids and explains everything in a way that puts them as ease and helps develop an interest in the subject. Breanna passed her Kent test and secured a place a the local grammar school. She resumed maths tuion with Priya again for GCSE preparation from year 10 and passed with flying colours. Something that I really liked about your tutoring was how in Year 5, we used to do it topic by topic and you’ll explain to us each topic in detail. You would make sure that we fully understood the topic before moving on to the next which was fantastic. All of the concepts were explained clearly and really well. After each topic that we had done, I felt confident that I had now fully understood it, and if myself or anyone else hadn’t, you would go over it again. I loved the way that every week we would be given homework every week, especially since this would bring my mum into helping me study! I have now achieved my desired result of 410/423 and extremely happy and grateful.
